The Advancing Youth Development(AYD) training program introduces youth development practitioners to the youth development approach to working with youth. This workshop reviews youth development core concepts and provides tools and tips for implementing the youth development approach. Participants must have completed the 4-day AYD training program offered by the Collaboration Council from 2012-2015. Each participant must bring the AYD notebook provided by the Collaboration Council.

This workshop is limited to two participants per organization up to 20 participants.
